Seasoning Kiln (Wood Fired Seasoning Kiln/Waste Wood Fired Seasoning Kiln)

 
 
This is basically a ceiling fan type-seasoning kiln. In conventional kiln the heaters are fabricated out of 1" or 3/4" MS Tubes and steam or Thermic oil is passed through the tubes. In this case the heaters are fabricated out of 4" MS Tubes and smoke is passed through these pipes in turn these pipes dissipate heat inside the seasoning kiln. in this type of arrangement precise temperature cannot be maintained/Controlled. This system is generally used in saw Mills where only one seasoning kiln is to be installed and the customer find it’s cumbersome to maintain a boiler.
 
 
 
Second option is that we can also directly pump in hot air inside the chamber with the help of hot air generator and ID Fan. This system works out to be better as you can control the temperature more accurately inside the chamber. The air is recalculated between the chamber and the hot air generator with the help of ID fan to attain the specified temperature movement the desired temperature is attained the ID fan automatically Stops.
